Microteachingis a training technique whereby the teacher reviews a videotape of the lesson after each session, in order to conduct a "post-mortem". Teachers find out what has worked, which aspects have fallen short, and what needs to be done to enhance their teaching technique.

As we know micro teaching is one of the requirements to become a teacher who teach in elementary school.
It could be the way for us to get experience before to be a really teacher in the world work.
The micro teaching is to improve performance related to teaching or training skills in managing the teaching and learning interactions.
in this experience we can find the real situation that happen in the classroom. When the class is not in conducive situation, learner must controlling their students to become conducive learning.
